Delivery and returns
When you have received an order conformation email, we will send a follow up email with update, shipment confirmation and tracking number.
If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time we may have to deliver your order in separate shipments.
When we pay for the cost of returns
We will pay the costs of return from within the UK:
(a) if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed; or (b) if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the goods or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something, we have done wrong. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from SEX OBJECTS, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please follow the returns procedure below:
EMAIL SEX OBJECTS
Please email us within 5 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return. Please state your customer number, the product/item number and details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your parcel, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and that your refund is being processed.
Your refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE – Items returned must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are faulty.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If the item is in stock, then it will be packed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order. On placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation from the SEX OBJECTS team with tracking information.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer services team within 72 hours of receiving the product.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY
Please check your items carefully once they arrive. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/damaged item, please email our customer services team stating your order number and the nature of the fault. Our team will advise you on how to return the items for a replacement or full refund. For faulty items that have been worn or used or returns outside our Return’s Policy, please email our customer services team for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of SEX OBJECTS.
